We're looking for an experienced React Native Developer who can contribute to the development and structure of our web applications while ensuring alignment with the strategic direction set by upper management.
Core Responsibilities:
Design & Strategy: Implement management’s overarching structural design of web applications, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
Decision-making: Evaluate and advise on optimal technologies, platforms, and frameworks that drive the efficiency and effectiveness of our web projects.
Integration: Ensure seamless integration of web systems with other internal systems, third-party services, and various APIs.
Performance Optimization: Focus on ensuring optimal performance of web applications, especially under scalability considerations.
Security & Compliance: Identify potential web system vulnerabilities and implement best practices to ensure robustness and compliance with relevant standards.

Willing and able to work in-office on location in The Woodlands, TX.
· Expert-level knowledge of React, Typescript, and GitHub repository management.
· Strong background in web technologies, methodologies, and best practices.
· Proven experience in designing large-scale business web systems and applications.
· Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
· Effective communication skills, capable of liaising between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
