Job Description

We seek a skilled and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our dynamic  team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in IV administration and possess a broad range  of nursing skills to support our functional medicine practice. As our practice evolves, we  seek a candidate who is adaptable and enthusiastic about embracing new challenges.  

 

Skills Required

Key Responsibilities: 
· IV Administration: Prepare and administer intravenous therapies following established  protocols and safety guidelines.  
· Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including but not limited to vital signs  monitoring, wound care, injections, and other nursing tasks.  
· Medical Records: Maintain accurate and timely patient records using our electronic  health record (EHR) system.  
· Patient Education: Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and wellness  strategies.  
· Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare  professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.  
· Compliance: Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards.  
· Medical Supply Inventory Management: Manage medical supplies and ensure all  equipment is properly maintained.  
· Support Services: Assist in minor medical procedures, laboratory draws, and other  clinical tasks as needed.  
Qualifications:  
· Licensure: Current Texas LVN license in good standing.  
· Experience: Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with proficiency in IV  administration.  
· Skills: Excellent clinical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a  fast-paced environment.  
· Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
· Technology: Proficiency in using EHR systems, particularly Cerbo EHR, is preferred.  · Certifications: Current CPR certification.

Compensation:

$24.00 - $30.00 per hour
