Job Description:
As a Travel Concierge Specialist, you'll be responsible for not only planning and booking travel experiences for clients across the globe but also acquiring and building a loyal customer base. Responsibilities:

Travel Planning: Work with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets.
Tailored Recommendations: Offer customized travel recommendations for leisure, business, and group trips.
Booking Services: Book flights, accommodations, car rentals, cruises, tours, and excursions for clients.
Travel Support: Provide clients with travel itineraries, tips, updates, and ensure they are informed of any changes or travel advisories.
Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service and support before, during, and after clients' trips to ensure satisfaction.
Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with travel industry trends, promotions, and destinations.
Sales Goals: Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
Administrative Tasks: Manage booking details, payments, documents, and follow-ups in a timely and organized manner.

Qualifications:
