Job Description

**Job Title: Personal Assistant for Appointments, Travel, and Daily Organization**

Are you organized, reliable, and proactive? We’re looking for a highly organized and personable Personal Assistant to support a busy professional with daily tasks, appointments, and travel coordination.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Appointment Scheduling & Management**: Keep track of appointments, meetings, and deadlines, ensuring timely reminders and efficient travel arrangements.
- **Travel Coordination**: Organize and manage both domestic and international travel, including booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and creating detailed itineraries.
- **Daily Task Management**: Assist with maintaining personal and professional tasks, ensuring nothing is overlooked.
- **Accompanying to Appointments & Travel**: Travel with the employer to appointments and events, providing logistical support and managing schedules.
- **Research & Admin Support**: Handle research tasks, create reports, and assist with any administrative needs as required.
- **Errands & Personal Assistance**: Run errands, manage purchases, and handle any other personal tasks as needed.

**Ideal Candidate:**

- **Organized & Detail-Oriented**: Ability to keep multiple tasks and appointments in order while staying on top of deadlines.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Clear, professional communication is key when managing relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- **Flexible & Discreet**: Must be comfortable working in various environments, adaptable to changing schedules, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- **Proactive & Self-Starter**: Able to take initiative and work independently, anticipating needs before they arise.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using calendar apps, email management, and travel booking platforms.
- **Driver’s License**: A clean driving record and ability to drive for travel to appointments is a must.

**Qualifications**:
- Prior experience as an assistant, in travel coordination, or personal management is a plus.
- Ability to travel frequently and stay flexible with working hours.
- Valid driver’s license (car provided for work purposes).
