Travel Concierge Specialist

About the Role:
We’re seeking a Travel Concierge Specialist to help clients design and book unforgettable travel experiences. While prior travel industry experience is a plus, it's not required—we're looking for individuals who have personal experience with travel and a strong talent for planning trips. You’ll work closely with clients, offering personalized travel advice, booking arrangements, and providing support throughout their journey.

This is a part-time remote position (20–30 hours/week) with occasional in-person team meetings held in Montgomery and The Woodlands, so applicants must be located in North Houston or surrounding areas. Training is provided.

Responsibilities:

-Client Acquisition: Find and connect with new clients through social media, networking, and referrals.
-Relationship Building: Cultivate lasting relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
-Trip Planning: Understand clients’ travel goals, budgets, and preferences to build personalized itineraries.
-Tailored Recommendations: Suggest destinations, activities, and accommodations for leisure, business, and group trips.
-Booking Services: Handle bookings for flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, tours, and more.
-Travel Support: Provide itineraries, destination insights, travel updates, and support throughout the client’s journey.
-Customer Service: Deliver excellent support before, during, and after trips.
-Admin & Organization: Manage booking details, payments, documents, and follow-ups in a timely and organized fashion.
-Stay Informed: Keep up with travel trends, destination news, and promotions.
-Sales Goals: Aim to meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the team’s success.

What We’re Looking For:

-Personal travel experience and a love for planning trips (professional experience is a bonus, but not required)
-Great communication and people skills
-Motivated, self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
-Strong organization and multitasking abilities
-Comfortable using computers and common software (Microsoft Suite, etc.)
-Reliable internet, computer, and phone access
-Must be based in North Houston and surrounding areas for occasional in-person meetings in Montgomery and/or The Woodlands, TX.
