Top Producer in the Woodlands Jo Anne Johnson Joins Compass Real Estate
THE WOODLANDS, TX -- Top Producer in The Woodlands Jo Anne Johnson Joins Compass Real Estate
Compass, the real estate technology company, welcomes top producing agent and Woodlands expert Jo Anne Johnson and her team from Keller Williams Realty.
Jo Anne is the #2 agent in The Woodlands by listing volume based on MLS. Jo Anne and her team have consistently ranked as a Top 25 residential real estate team by volume since 2013 by the Houston Business Journal, and have consistently ranked in the Top 3 in her Market Center at Keller Williams. Prior to residential real estate, Jo Anne managed property & casualty claims for State Farm, including catastrophe, fraud, litigation and more.
Jo Anne started in real estate 12 years ago and is very intentional about ensuring that her business stays hyper-local to The Woodlands and surrounding area. As a resident of The Woodlands since 1996, Jo Anne’s passion for serving others shines through as she helps families settle into the community.
“My team prides ourselves on delivering the highest level of customer service to our clients in a market where we live, work, and play, and the marrying of our experience with Compass’ tools will help us enhance our client’s experience in helping them to achieve their dreams of homeownership and realize the most value from their homes,” said Jo Anne Johnson. “I am excited for our team to partner with Compass, a company that shares my values in building a culture and vision that meets and exceeds a level of service while providing tools that consumers are seeking.”
Beyond real estate, Jo Anne prioritizes community involvement and philanthropy, as is evidenced by her initiative called HOPE Homes. Two years ago, Jo Anne, her husband Troy, and close friend and interior decorator, Monique Jabbour and her husband Michel, started a venture to renovate and sell homes in The Woodlands. To give this effort meaning and purpose, they decided to donate a portion of the profit from each sale to the Will Herndon Research Fund, which raises critical funding and awareness for Batten Disease, a rare and fatal degenerative brain disease with no known cure.
Jo Anne, her family and team, are inspired by the Herndon’s mission and HOPE movement to find a cure that will impact generations to come. With eight completed projects to date, Jo Anne looks forward to HOPE Homes realizing even more success, as well as supporting it through Compass Cares.
“Welcoming Jo Anne to our team is an exciting step as we continue to expand our Compass presence in the Woodlands and offer highly innovative products and enhanced customer-service to more Houstonians,” said Compass Houston Sales Manager Katie Kossev. “Not only is Jo Anne a top agent, she is a steward of her community and truly embodies the values we look for in agents as we seek to grow our Compass family.”
Jo Anne will be joined at Compass by team members Ann Dee Brahms, Kelly Harpold, Kim Kindred, Larisa Olson, Suzanne Ross, Caitlin Verret, Michael Sharpe and Jessica Kemp.
