Beryl has returned to Hurricane strength

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX -- Beryl has returned to Hurricane strength with 75mph winds.

Tropical Storm Warnings and Hurricane Warnings remain in effect with Galveston Island now under a Hurricane Watch. Storm Surge Warnings also remain in effect along the coast.

Sustained winds of 75 - 85+ mph with higher gust are expected tonight into Monday.

Sustained winds of 39 to 73 mph with higher gusts are expected tonight into Monday.
