Residential Design Review Committee Seeks Volunteers in Three Villages

THE WOODLANDS, TX --

Volunteers are needed to fill vacant positions on The Woodlands Residential Design Review Committees (RDRCs) for the Villages of College Park, Alden Bridge and Indian Springs (WCA). Volunteers must own property and reside in their respective village to serve on the committee.

The Residential Design Review Committee is a design and review group within The Woodlands who will represent the resident viewpoint essential to the evaluation and approval process to protect the integrity of neighborhoods and the natural beauty of The Woodlands and The Residential Development Standards.

The College Park and Alden Bridge committees meet the first Thursday of each month at 5 p.m. and the Indian Springs (WCA) meets on the second Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m.

Those interested may obtain an application online at www.thewoodlandstownship-tx.gov/covenants, in the Residential Design Review Committees section. Completed applications must be dropped off at The Woodlands Township Town Hall or be mailed to The Woodlands Township at 2801 Technology Forest Boulevard, The Woodlands, TX 77381, and be received (not post marked) no later than noon on Friday, July 26, 2024. The appointments will be made at the next meeting of the RDRCs at their regularly scheduled meetings on August 1, 2024, for Alden Bridge and College Park and August 8, 2024, for Indian Springs WCA.
