Bethany Kovacs Promoted to Vice President of Operations

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- The Strong Firm P. C. is pleased to announce the promotion of Bethany Kovacs to Vice President of Operations effective January 1, 2025.

Bethany joined The Strong Firm in January of 2012 with a background in service and administration, steadily advancing into more complex administrative, management, and leadership roles with the firm. Bethany is a native Texan, born and raised in Montgomery County and resides here with her husband and two sons. She is a Leadership Montgomery County Class of 2023 Alumni and received a certificate of completion from The Management Incubator through Rice Business Executive Education in 2021.

“Bethany is the backbone of the daily operations of our law firm and this appointment as an officer of the firm represents the result of over a decade of hard work and dedication to the firm, our clients and our community,” said Bret L.
