Top 10 Fugitive Arrested in Katy by US Marshals and Montgomery County Task Force

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX -- On February 4, 2025, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and Conroe Police Department personnel who are members of the USMS Gulf Coast Violent Offenders and Fugitive Task Force alongside US Marshals arrested a top 10 fugitive, 31-year-old Taicaeria Ta Rai Jackson. Jackson was arrested in Katy for warrants in Montgomery County for Felony Stalking. Jackson is currently confined in the Montgomery County Jail. Sheriff Wesley Doolittle would like to especially thank the MCSO RTCC and Montgomery County Adult Probation and Supervision for their assistance in locating the fugitive. "Today's arrest shows the power of law enforcement cooperation. No fugitive in Montgomery County will remain free for long when we work together."
