Residential Design Review Committee volunteers needed for 2025

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- Volunteers are needed to fill vacant positions on The Woodlands Residential Design Review Committee (RDRC) for the Villages of Indian Springs (WCA) and Creekside Park. Volunteers must own property and reside in their respective village to serve on the committee. The Residential Design Review Committee is a design and review group within The Woodlands who will represent the resident viewpoint essential to the evaluation and approval process that protects the integrity of neighborhoods and the natural beauty of The Woodlands and The Residential Development Standards.

• The Indian Springs WCA committee meets the second Thursday of each month at 6 p.m.
• The Creekside Park committee meets the first Thursday of each month at 4 p.m.

Those interested may obtain an application online at thewoodlandstownship-tx.gov/covenants. Completed applications must be dropped off at The Woodlands Township Town Hall or be mailed to The Woodlands Township at 2801 Technology Forest Boulevard, The Woodlands, TX 77381, and be received (not post marked) no later than 5 p.m. on Friday, March 14, 2025. The appointments will be made by the RDRCs at their regularly scheduled meetings in April 2025.
