MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX -- On March 2, 2025, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office K-9 Unit, part of the Homeland Security Division, were conducting routine patrols in the area of SH105 and North Walker Road. During the patrol, a deputy initiated a traffic stop on a U-Haul van for a traffic violation. Upon making contact with the driver, deputies discovered multiple baggies of methamphetamines under the driver's door and two firearms discarded in front of the vehicle.
The driver, identified as 44-year-old Noe Saenz, was arrested and charged with Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon, and Tampering with Physical Evidence and was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
Further investigation revealed that Saenz was connected to a separate burglary case. Deputies from the East Patrol Division followed up on this information, which lead to additional Felony charges of Burglary of a Habitation.
