MCTXSheriff Arrests Fugitive Wanted for Parole Violation - Clifford Raphael Young II

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX -- On March 7, 2025, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and Conroe Police Department personnel who are members of the USMS Gulf Coast Violent Offenders and Fugitive Task Force alongside US Marshals, arrested fugitive Clifford Raphael Young II. 37-year-old Young was arrested for felony parole violation warrants in Montgomery County. Young is currently confined in the Montgomery County Jail.
