Wanted Fugitive Apprehended in The Woodlands, Texas

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- On March 26, 2025, the Criminal Interdiction Unit from Constable Ryan Gable’s Office, in coordination with the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS), successfully apprehended wanted fugitive Miguel Mora-Gallardo at a residence in The Woodlands, Texas.

Upon arrival at the location, law enforcement officers encountered Mora-Gallardo attempting to flee through a back window. Officers swiftly intervened and secured his capture without incident. Mora-Gallardo was wanted in Virginia on seven felony charges related to credit card abuse.

During the operation, two additional individuals present inside the residence were detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents for unrelated offenses. Their identities and specific charges remain under investigation.

Mora-Gallardo will be extradited to Virginia, where he faces prosecution for his alleged crimes. The Montgomery County Constable’s Office remains committed to ensuring public safety and will continue working with law enforcement partners to apprehend fugitives and combat criminal activity.
