Montgomery County Sheriff's Office Seeks Public's Help Identifying Suspect in Porter Criminal Mischief Case

PORTER, TX -- The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office is seeking help to identify the suspect pictured above, in connection to a criminal mischief that took place on March 23, 2025, at the White Water Express located at 23615 US Highway 59 in Porter, Texas. At about 4:00 a.m., the suspect broke a window and sign, causing approximately $3,500 in damages and can be seen pictured above in a nearby restaurant. The male is described as a middle-aged Hispanic male with facial hair and a long dark colored earring on his left ear. The suspect was seen exiting a light colored Cadillac SUV.
