MCTXSheriff Arrests Crime Stoppers Top 10 Featured Felon - Patrick Monroe Brown
CONROE, TX -- On February 14, 2025, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and Conroe Police Department personnel who are members of the USMS Gulf Coast Violent Offenders and Fugitive Task Force alongside US Marshals, arrested top 10 fugitive, 83-year-old Patrick Monroe Brown. Brown was arrested for felony warrants in Montgomery County for Indecency With a Child Sexual Contact. Brown was located at his residence in Katy, Texas and is currently confined at the Fort Bend County Jail where he is awaiting extradition.
