Fugitive Joseph Spielman Arrested in Montgomery County for Federal Parole Violation

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX -- On February 19, 2025, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and Conroe Police Department personnel who are members of the U.S. Marshals Gulf Coast Violent Offenders and Fugitive Task Force alongside the U.S. Marshals, arrested fugitive, 57-year-old Joseph Spielman. Spielman was arrested for a Federal Parole Violation warrant originating from a Child Pornography conviction. Spielman is currently confined in the Montgomery County Jail.
