Montgomery County Man Arrested for Child Sexual Assault; Authorities Seek Additional Victims

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- On January 16, 2025, Abraham Giovanni Molina (44) was arrested and charged with Indecency with a Child by Sexual Contact and Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child. Molina was taken into custody and held in the Montgomery County Jail on a $200,000 bond.

Montgomery County Sheriff's Office Crime Reduction Unit in The Woodlands, along with Detectives with the Special Victim’s Unit took Abraham into custody.

Authorities are continuing their investigation into Molina, a residential home sales representative in the Montgomery County area. During the investigation, it has been revealed that there may be additional victims, with incidents potentially dating back to the early 2000s, specifically between 2006 and 2007. Investigators have also discovered that Molina previously worked in churches in the Tomball and Magnolia area during that time and may have volunteered in Youth Ministry.
