An Unforgettable Evening: Pavilion Partners 25th Annual Wine Dinner Reaches New Heights
THE WOODLANDS, TX -- The Pavilion Partners, the official volunteer organization of The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion, hosted the 25th Annual Wine Dinner and Auction on March 23, celebrating a remarkable quarter-century milestone on The Pavilion’s Main Stage. The sold-out event raised a record-breaking $580,000+, supporting arts scholarships for young artists, free performing arts shows, outreach initiatives, and grants for arts educators.
The Pavilion was honored to celebrate Fred and Lisa Koetting, whose steadfast dedication and passion for our mission continue to inspire us all. The Pavilion sincerely thanks you and appreciates your support of the arts.
A poignant musical performance by 2024 scholarship recipients Zoe Winn and Cade Carter added a heartfelt touch that reminded guests of the real impact behind their generosity. The two student musicians are using their Pavilion Partners scholarship to attend universities to expand their musical talent. A special opera performance from 2018 scholarship recipient, Ian Ramirez, wowed and entertained attendees during the reception hour.
One of the evening’s standout moments was a generous pledge from Aven and Tracey McBride, who committed $10,000 for each year of the Wine Dinner’s legacy—totaling an incredible $250,000 toward the Partners scholarship program.
“I am thrilled to share that the 25th Annual Pavilion Partners Wine Dinner was our most successful yet,” said Jeff Young, President and CEO of The Pavilion. “I am consistently in awe of the generosity and support of this community. You show, year after year, that you truly believe in the power of the arts to transform lives.”
We extend our deepest thanks to all of our generous supporters, with special recognition to our Grand Patron Sponsors, American Communications Construction and Insperity. Your ongoing commitment empowers us to make a lasting impact through the arts.
The Pavilion also wishes to recognize Gina Gallo, wine magnate and proud attendee, as the new owner of Flora Springs—her presence made the evening even more memorable.
Finally, we extend our deepest gratitude to Fleming’s Steakhouse and Wine Bar and Flora Springs Napa Valley Family Estate for providing gourmet eats and fine wine. The night also included complimentary valet from Sewell, an exciting raffle courtesy of Robichau’s Jewelry, a captivating live auction packed with incredible items and a lively wine pull to close the celebration.
