27-Year-Old Arrested for Sexual Assault of a Child Following Ongoing Montgomery County Investigation

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX -- On April 8, 2025, Deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Crime Reduction Unit arrested 27-year-old Samuel Salas-Gomez for Sexual Assault of a Child as a result of an investigation conducted by the Sheriff’s Office from 2024.

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is asking anyone who may have additional information regarding Salas-Gomez or any other potential victims to contact the Criminal Investigation Division at (936) 521-8971, and reference case number 24A315379.
This case is ongoing, and additional charges may be filed as the investigation continues.
