The Woodlands Family YMCA invites senior adults to stop by and experience the annual Open House and Senior Services Vendor Fair, which gives our Forever Young Seniors a chance to experience what the YMCA has to offer, such as wellness classes, social gatherings, volunteering, and learning opportunities. Free t-shirts will be given to the first 200 guests. Planned activities include a vendor fair, games, refreshments, information on Y senior programs & senior services in the community, complimentary lunch, tours, demos, door prize, and much more. In addition, there will be a bingo social from 1:30 - 3:00 pm! Free and open to the community; YMCA Membership is not required.

The IRONKIDS Fun Run offers young athletes the opportunity to feel the excitement of competition, while enjoying the outdoors and promoting healthy living. Village booths open at 8:30 a.m., at 9:30 opening ceremonies/warm-up start, dog events at 11:15. Enjoy the family fun: mascots, snow cones, photo opps, pet vendors, obstacle course, games, crafts, ambulance tours. The Doggie Dash follows the children’s races. Dogs must be vaccinated. Each dog receives: bandana & finisher dog tag medal. Half mile or mile | 6 months and older, leashed with a handler.

Learning Express of The Woodlands is excited to announce its latest 'Kid-preneur' Pop-Up Shop today from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. This quarterly event provides young entrepreneurs with the opportunity to showcase and sell their handcrafted creations in a real-world retail setting. Local kids will set up shop and present a variety of unique, handmade products, including toys, jewelry, arts & crafts, dog treats, sports cards, slime, and more. Each participant will receive three feet of table space to display their items.
