As The Woodlands and surrounding areas grew rapidly, this small business quickly became a household name. Hal’s son, Bob, carried on the family business when Hal retired.

As the company grew and Bob now looked to his own retirement, it was Tyler Symens who stepped in ready and willing to carry on the next generation of Hal Watson Air Conditioning service and support to the community. Tyler, who worked for Bob, and his wife, Leah, purchased the business. Since then, Tyler, Leah, and their family have passionately led the company with the same values that Hal instilled from the beginning.

In a family business, it’s all hands on deck! Tyler and Leah’s children grew up around Hal Watson Air Conditioning, watching their parents love the community so well. Now, their children hold positions within the company. They are proud to be a 100% locally owned and operated company.

Tyler grew up in The Woodlands. Now, to own a business with his family in the community where he grew up is an honor and a privilege.

“The Woodlands is a very unique community,” Leah said. “We have raised our children here and now our grandchildren are part of this community. We are excited to be a part of something they can be proud of.”
