PORTER, TX -- Deputies from Montgomery County PCT 4 Constable Kenneth “Rowdy” Hayden’s Office assisted a regional apprehension team with taking in a man wanted for murder out of Oklahoma.
On Tuesday (March 29) morning, MOCO PCT 4 units were contacted by the Gulf Coast Violent Offender & Fugitive Task Force about a murder suspect who was possibly living in East Montgomery County. The wanted male, identified as 22-year-old Bryan Trochez-Gimenez, was believed to be staying on Woodland Dr. in Porter.

Deputies and Task Force team members converged on the address and located Trochez-Gimenez. He was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Montgomery County Jail where he will await extradition to Oklahoma to face his charges.

“Working well with other agencies is imperative for us to be successful,” stated Constable Hayden. “We need to be able to rely on them, and vice versa, so we can get dangerous guys like this one off the streets.”

The Gulf Coast Violent Offender & Fugitive task force is a team comprised of multiple agencies responsible for apprehending United States Marshals Service fugitives and state and local violent offenders.
