THE WOODLANDS, TX -- Meals on Wheels Montgomery County (MOWMC) is thrilled to announce its highly anticipated 2025 fundraising event, "A Night in Nashville," presented by Waste Connections. Set for April 10 at the picturesque Sawyer Park Icehouse in The Woodlands, this event promises an unforgettable evening of Music City magic, culinary delights, and community spirit.

"A Night in Nashville" will transport guests to the heart of Tennessee's vibrant music scene, featuring live performances by acclaimed Nashville artists, exciting live and silent auctions, interactive activities capturing Music City's essence, a delectable Southern-inspired dinner, and networking opportunities with community leaders and philanthropists.

Carrie Watkins, President and CEO of MOWMC, emphasizes the event's significant impact: "It’s about sharing the story of our mission to care for the elderly and the disabled who rely on our services. The community’s support at our event sends a powerful message that our seniors lives matter, they are not forgotten, and the service we provide is a critical part of Montgomery County.” All proceeds will directly fund MOWMC's vital programs, including home-delivered nutritious meals and free ADA-compliant transportation. As demand for services grows, MOWMC aims to expand its reach and enhance the well being of Montgomery County seniors.

Marion Hubbard, Director of Development at MOWMC, shares her heartfelt perspective: "Every day, we witness the profound difference our services make in the lives of our senior neighbors. 'A Night in Nashville' is more than just a fundraiser – it's a testament to the compassion and generosity of our community. When I see the joy on our clients' faces and hear their stories of gratitude, I'm reminded of why this work is so vital. This event is a celebration of the human spirit and the power of coming together to care for one another."
