The Woodlands Township issues a Request for Proposal for The Woodlands Express Mobile Ticketing and Fare Card System

THE WOODLANDS, TX – The Woodlands Township has issued a Modified Bid Posting for The Woodlands Express Mobile Ticketing and Fare Card System Request for Proposal (RFP).

The Township is seeking responses from qualified firms to this RFP for Mobile Ticketing and Fare Card System, Contract No C-2025-0915. The scope of work will include, but is not limited to, developing, implementing, supporting, operating, and maintaining a secure, end-to-end mobile phone ticketing and fare card system.

The anticipated contract will be a firm fixed price contract for the scope of services. The contract is anticipated to be funded via federal assistance through urbanized federal formula grants, and other sources, as available.
