MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX -- The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office proudly announces the graduation of 14 cadets from the Jail Command Corrections Academy – Class 25-01. These graduates have successfully completed 225-hours of intensive training, preparing them for the demanding and essential role of detention officers.

This graduating class includes two cadets from the San Jacinto County Sheriff’s Office, highlighting the strong partnerships between agencies in providing our communities with highly trained personnel.

The training program offered intensive instruction in areas such as inmate supervision, crisis intervention, legal procedures, emergency response, and the core values of Service, Teamwork, Accountability, and Respect. Cadets also completed comprehensive firearms and intermediate weapons training. Each graduate has met the rigorous standards established by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and is now fully equipped to serve in their respective agencies.

As these 14 new officers begin their careers, they join a team of dedicated professionals who work relentlessly to uphold safety and security within correctional facilities. Their graduation signifies the start of a journey devoted to justice and serving the community.
