New Precinct 3 website is unveiled, residents can now place work orders online

THE WOODLANDS, TX – Today, Montgomery County Precinct 3 Commissioner Ritch Wheeler’s social media site announced that the office’s official website is active after having to be completely rebuilt.

“We are excited to announce that Commissioner Ritch Wheeler’s official website is now live,” said the office in a statement. “Visit www.mctxpct3.org to stay updated on the latest news, initiatives, and projects. The website offers easy access to important resources and information for our precinct, including the opportunity to meet the dedicated team working hard to serve you. We encourage you to explore the site and stay connected with our office.”

The previous website, www.pct3.org, was apparently taken down near the end of the previous commissioner’s term to the extent that it could not be renewed with Wheeler assuming the mantle of office.

The new site, according to its mission statement, is to be “...committed to promoting accessibility, collaboration, and transparency to serve the residents of Montgomery County Precinct 3 with integrity. Through proactive solutions, we aim to enhance quality of life and address the evolving needs of our community.”

Precinct residents can come to the website to request work orders, learn about the culvert install policy, get details on the bus program, learn all about the facilities – including libraries – in the precinct, stay updated on road improvements and other projects, bone up on all the services offered by the office and its crews, download precinct maps, and more. Community centers and the local recycling facility in particular are covered in great detail.

Additionally, the precinct has an official app for your phones covering many of the same aspects of the website. Both Apple and Google app stores have the P3Works app available for free download and use; the website also has a desktop version.
