Child Predator Arrested - Forrest Scott Greenberg

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX -- Constable Ryan Gable’s Office, in partnership with the Department of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), announces the arrest of Forrest Scott Greenberg.
Greenberg was booked into the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Jail on April 11th, 2025 for serious offenses involving the exploitation of minors. Greenberg’s arrest is a direct result of investigative measures aimed at deterring online and in-person exploitation, including efforts to dismantle human trafficking operations. After an extensive investigation, Greenberg — a repeat, registered child sex offender — was arrested and charged for Solicitation of Prostitution/Other Pay or Person Under 18 Years of Age, with the intent to sexually assault a juvenile victim.
The charges stem from an investigation co-led by the Montgomery County Precinct 3 Constable's Office and The Department of Homeland Security Investigations – Human Smuggling and Trafficking division.
The Montgomery County Pct. 3 Constable’s Office remains steadfast in protecting our community from those who seek to harm children. This case highlights the importance of collaboration with our federal partners to bring those who prey on minors to justice. The Montgomery County Precinct 3 Constable’s Office would like to thank the Houston Police Department, the Texas Department of Public Safety, the Humble Police Department, the City of Magnolia Police Department, and the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office for their critical support during this investigation.
The suspect remains in custody, and the case is under active investigation. Additional details cannot be released at this time to protect the integrity of the ongoing investigation and safeguard any potential victims. Greenberg was booked into the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office jail and held on no bond.
