Montgomery County Veterans Memorial Commission invites residents to help 'Stuff the Bus'

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- The Montgomery County Veterans Memorial Commission has announced its latest project, 'Stuff the Bus.' Local businesses and individuals can directly support local Montgomery County students in need by participating in the event. They can be a school supply drop-off site during the week of August 5 - 8. The Greater Conroe / Lake Conroe Chamber of Commerce will supply the box and poster. Participants can then encourage their customers and clients to bring school supplies such as paper, crayons, pens, pencils, folders, rulers, glue sticks, backpacks, and more.

At the conclusion of the drive on the morning of August 8, participants can either bring their box to the Morning Mingle at April Sound Country Club (look for the school bus in the parking lot), or have a Chamber volunteer come pick it up.
