Woodlands Water announces new deputy general manager
THE WOODLANDS, TX – Woodlands Water has announced that Kimberly Wright is the utility company’s new deputy general manager. Kimberly previously worked at San Jacinto River Authority in many roles between 1998 and 2000, including administrative, accounting, personnel, and division management. It was there that she coordinated and collaborated significantly with engineers, consultants, staff, and stakeholders to achieve goals and project schedules.
Kimberly also took on the role as general manager with Southern Montgomery County Municipal Utility District in 2020. Here, she oversaw all operations and aspects of the district’s operations providing water, sewer, and solid waste disposal, along with business oversight and the coordination with outside consultants as needed.
“We are thrilled to have Kimberly on board with us at Woodlands Water and look forward to working and growing together to ensure we provide exceptional water services for our customers in The Woodlands,” said Woodlands Water in a statement.
