Woodlands Water releases results of Water Renewal Survey
THE WOODLANDS, TX – Recently, Woodlands Water sent out a survey to its customer base, and the results are in. Nearly 400 customers participated in the Water Renewal The Woodlands Survey, helping shape the future of the local water and wastewater infrastructure.
Results included:
- 86 percent of the respondents were satisfied or very satisfied with the overall quality of water and wastewater services.
- 72 percent of the respondents were satisfied or very satisfied with the overall maintenance of water and wastewater infrastructure.
- 63 percent of the respondents were satisfied or very satisfied with the value received for the money paid for water and wastewater. 23.5% neutral.
- 20 percent of the respondents indicated they do not know how The Woodlands is approaching the maintenance of water and drainage infrastructure to prepare for the future.

According to the survey results, the top priorities for Woodlands Water customers are, in order:
- Safe drinking water,
- Reliable and long-term water supply, and
- Sustainability (ensuring availability and affordability of water supplies and resources).
