MCTXSheriff Arrests Suspect in Possession of Hundreds of Resident’s Mail in Conroe
CONROE, TX -- On November 26, 2024, deputies from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office District 1 Patrol Division responded to a call about a suspicious person in the 200 block of Shore View Drive in Conroe, TX. A resident reported seeing a male hiding his face and attempting to open the door to their residence.
When deputies arrived, they located the suspect, who matched the description provided by the resident, driving a stolen vehicle. During their investigation, the suspect was identified as 30-year-old Adler Jurgens from Cleveland, TX. Jurgens was found to be in possession of illegal drugs, burglary tools, as well as mail, credit cards, vehicle titles, and checks that belonged to approximately 100 residents in Montgomery County.
Detectives from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office District 3 Criminal Investigations Division assisted in the investigation. Jurgens was arrested on charges including possession of a controlled substance, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and fraudulent possession of identifying information. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail, where he is currently being held on a $71,500 bond.
