MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX -- On February 24, 2025 Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and Conroe Police Department personnel who are members of the USMS Gulf Coast Violent Offenders and Fugitive Task Force alongside US Marshals, arrested top 10 fugitive and documented gang member Oscar Rangel. 43-year-old Rangel was arrested in Harris County for felony warrants in Montgomery County for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and is currently confined in the Montgomery County Jail. A special thanks to the MCSO Adult Probation for assisting in locating Rangel who was being monitored by an ankle monitor.
