MCTXSheriff Arrests Fugitive Wanted for Robbery and Assault on a Public Servant

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX -- On April 3, 2025, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and Conroe Police Department personnel who are members of the USMS Gulf Coast Violent Offenders and Fugitive Task Force alongside US Marshals, arrested fugitive, Richard Burton Wilson. 22-year-old Wilson was arrested for felony warrants in Montgomery County for Robbery and Assault on a Public Servant (probation violation). Wilson is currently confined in the Montgomery County Jail.
