Conroe Police Arrest Suspect in Aggravated Sexual Assault of Store Clerk at Circle K

CONROE, TX -- On 04/10/2025, at approximately 1:30 a.m., the Conroe Police Department was dispatched to the Circle K store in the 5600 block of W. Davis in reference to a sexual assault of the store clerk that had just occurred.

Upon arrival, officers met with the 23-year-old white female victim, who appeared traumatized and reported being sexually assaulted inside the store. Patrol officers immediately provided medical attention to the victim and began the initial investigation, which included securing the scene, collecting evidence, and reviewing security footage.

Utilizing intelligence-based policing, officers were able to identify a possible suspect and suspect vehicle. A few hours later, patrol officers tracked the vehicle to 1420 N. Loop 336 W, where they detained the suspect, identified as 22-year-old Logan Michael Parker.

Parker was transported to the Conroe Police Department, where he was interviewed by detectives. He was subsequently arrested and booked into the Montgomery County Jail on charges of aggravated kidnapping and aggravated sexual assault.

Chief Buckholtz commended the officers for their outstanding efforts and the effective use of intelligence-based policing that led to the swift apprehension of a violent offender. He also expressed gratitude to the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office and the Real Time Crime Center for their assistance in the case.

The investigation remains ongoing, and no further information will be released at this time.
