HS Boys Basketball: District Superlatives Honor the Season’s Strongest Contributors

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- Lengthy playoff journeys saw multiple 13-6A teams travel to historic lengths. But with the season at its end, the nine squads have come together to name and honor the best players and coaches from one of the best seasons in recent district history.

Success under numerous first-year head coaches saw a handful of teams make new impacts. Squads like Conroe, Oak Ridge, Willis, and Grand Oaks were all well within the mix despite overhauls in coaching and players. 

However, through change came success and steps toward bright futures for these programs. 

Here are the All-District Teams for 13-6A, along with the award winners for coaches and players. 

 

Coach of the Year:
