THE WOODLANDS, TX – Quote of the week: “The time is always right to do what is right.” — Martin Luther King Jr.

The week is going to start off somewhat apocalyptically – at least by most Texas standards – with frigid temperatures and freezing rains threatening to morph into snow, but by Wednesday afternoon we’ll be on the weather upswing. Observe Monday however you’d like – whether it be MLK Day or Inauguration Day or simply Back to Work and School Day – but prepare for some weather shenanigans later on; schools and many businesses are already announcing Tuesday closures; if you plan on hitting any of our suggested events for that day, you may want to call the venue first to ensure it hasn't been canceled. With luck, from Wednesday on you'll be back to enjoying some events The Woodlands is offering. Here are some of our favorites!
