Deputies dispatched to Walmart for a disturbance leads to three arrest

SPRING, TX -- At approximately 3:47 pm today Montgomery County Constable Precinct 3 Deputies were dispatched to a disturbance at Walmart, 2901 Riley Fuzzel Road. Deputies were advised suspects attempted to steal items and then assaulted Walmart employees when they were stopped at the door.

Deputies arrived on scene in less than a minute and found 3 males walking out of the store. One male was immediately detained, but two males fled the scene on foot. Deputies immediately pursued the suspects and apprehended one just a short time later. A perimeter was immediately put in place and Precinct 3 K9 was dispatched to the scene.

With the Precinct 3 K9 right on the second suspects trail he surrendered and was taken in to custody. The suspect refused to identify himself, but was later identified on scene with his fingerprints. The suspect had several warrants including Homicide.

All three suspects were subsequently taken in to custody and charged with Robbery. The suspect who fled was also charged with evading. All of this for a $15.67 windbreaker!
