Montgomery County Sheriff's Office Arrest Four for Burglary of Habitation in Montgomery, TX

MONTGOMERY, TX -- On April 2, 2024, at around 2:30 am, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Deputies were dispatched to a burglary of a habitation call at the 16000 block of Walden Road, Montgomery, Texas. During the initial investigation, it was learned that a large amount of firearms and jewelry had been stolen from the residence during the break-in. Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office District 5 Detectives, along with Crime Scene Investigators, arrived at the location and began their investigation, which resulted in four suspects being identified.

Warrants were issued for all suspects, which led to their subsequent arrests over the following weeks. This also resulted in the recovery of the vehicle used in the burglary, along with some of the stolen property.

The four suspects, identified as Jerald Jermain Fleeks age 41, Jerald Jermain Fleeks Jr. age 20, Oscar Devon Matthews age 19, and Chavion Leshaun Patterson age 18, are all currently being held at the Montgomery County Jail where they are being charged with Burglary of a Habitation, a second degree felony.

Detectives are requesting the publics help in identifying any additional suspects that may have been involved, as well as the location of the stolen property.
